The associate Adam was very helpful with setting up my appointment accommodating to my work schedule. During the visit I asked for a routine vehicle check in which they found brakes highly recommended, after conversing i decided to get the tires mounted and the brakes doing at fairly good price. I will be returning for further services for my vehicles

Had a nail in my tire which was removed and plugged. I did not receive a call to my cellphone that my service had been completed. I came back and sat in their waiting room assum8ng my tire was still being worked on. Finally decided to ask and discovered it was ready and was parked on the side lot which Is not visible from the front.

This experience along with my past experiences with NTB have shown that NTB cares about their customers and are very knowledgeable about their services.
