The two men that work at this location went out of their way to help me. Both of them offered to fill my tires with air at no cost. Both took the time to explain what happens when a tire gets punctured. While I was sitting in the waiting area, I heard Chris and William deal with the other clients and they both impresses me SO MUCH. It is difficult to find this degree of really high quality communication and efforts to meet the needs of the client ....in the world we live in today. It was a great experience for me

Front desk associate Adam was very helpful in parts needed, and what was available. We also love the honesty of the staff. We never have to worry about being ripped off, or taken for a ride.

took there time in finding out that I had a power steering fluid leak. Instead of replacing both lines (as there may only be one broken), we're using the dye test to save money on only one pair. Very considerate. Plus today called to see if it was still making that noise when I turned the wheel.
