I made an appointment two days in advance and while booking the appointment explained the problem. When I brought my car in I explained the problem again and since I was off from work that day (that's why I made the appointment for that day) I just waited for it to be finished. It seems like they had it in the shop within a half hour of dropping it off and approximately hour and a half after dropping it off it was ready and the problem was covered under warranty.

Special ordered received and was installed the same day. Was very satisfied

Good service and a good staff!

It is always easy to schedule a service. Since I have to wait for my car because I live one hour away, the employees always try to work as quickly as possible. I never have to wait a long time. The customer service takes time to explain in case I have questions.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and I had a sense of trust in what they were telling me regarding the issue that I had with my vehicle.

Worked me in toward the end of the day and installed a new battery all with friendly service.

Waited while they replaced front 2 tires, which were selected when making appointment online. They took car into bay right at appointment time and the service only took 30 minutes. The guy at the register clicked a few buttons during checkout and it seemingly saved me 40 dollars (the online estimate was 326, I paid 291).

While having the brakes serviced, they uncovered an issue with the cooling fan. They notified me quickly and we resolved the problem without additional time. Hats off to the manager and Robert Steppe for their professionalism.
