"I made an appointment for noon to get my tires and spark plugs checked to see if they needed to be replaced. I show up at 11:50 and checkin. I tell the attendant that i need them to check to see if my spark plugs and tires need to be replaced. I give them the keys and 1.5 hours go by. The attendant approaches me and says that the mechanic handling the alignments is having some issues so it will be a while til they can get to my car. I explain, AGAIN, that i do not need an alignment. She seems surprised. After waiting 1.5 hours, on my day off, and the car had not even entered the service bay, i decided to leave. Why make an appointment if you will not see my car at the scheduled time? I took my car to another mechanic who readily addresed my concerns."

Took car in to address rattle in rear, the installed 2 rear struts for 800.00 after doing suspension check. When i got the car back the same rattle was present, when I ask the manager about the rattle and he said they replace in addition to struts sway bars and bushings, although they did not appear on the receipt. This morning I pulled the tires and went to Advance Auto parts purchased 2 sway bars and bushings for 133.00 and used You Tube to make the repair my self. No More rattle. NO More MERCHANTS for me, my friends and any one else who reads this. They should stick to tires!!!!!

Store manager Kevin Williams was the only one working that day, running the store, answering phones and doing the actual work. He did a GREAT JOB. Scheduled an appointment, was ready when I arrive, car was ready when promised. He should be applauded for his hard work and dedication to good customer service.

Kevin Williams, the store manager, was incredibly helpful and explained everything. He was polite, knowledgeable and friendly DESPITE being the only employee there. I will definitely return when I need service or new tires.

They were honest about the time I could pick up car. In at 8A and out at 6P but I knew that because of staff shortage for a tire patch. I understood and was OK with that and I could walk home
