Helpful in trying to locate/order a replacement tire for one damaged in road debris incident. Ordered the tire late Wednesday beforeThanksgiving and received it Friday following.we were traveling 368 miles and needed to get the spare tire off the truck before returning home Friday. The Tec was very helpful, pleasant to talk to and seemed to care about is customers. Would like to meet more people like him. I normally do not not do these surveys but this Tec deserves a good word.

Excellent service, bought 4 new tires. It is not called Merchant's Tire & Auto any more, it is NTB. Somebody has to change this and wake up.

He kept to the schedule that he estimated, and I was able to get my tire repaired with minimal impact to my day and at a reasonable cost. Kevin Williams was congenial and efficient in contacting me by phone, after I used the night drop box, to inform me of the price, services, and completion time to have a new set of tires (pre-ordered) installed, along with an alignment. He did an excellent job of explaining the elements of the Road Hazard warranty, balancing and rotation package, and 3-year alignment warranty I purchased. I am amazed at the professional, timely job Kevin does, running the administrative functions of the store on his own.

Went in for only oil change but after discussing other issues with manager Kevin, was able to get those repairs done at same time and at a slightly better price than a competitor
