I came in for a tire repair and ended up buying 5 tires thanks to KEVIN WILLIAMS. Mr. Williams went above and beyond to take care of me AND my wife’s vehicles. He took the time to explain and show me why my tire couldn’t be repaired. He went further to teach me how to maintain my tires properly and suggest that I replace the other tires on my car. His suggestion was based not on the fact he wanted to make the sale, but that my tires were worn due to improper inflation on my part. He was able to look at my tires and tell me what I had done improperly BEFORE I told him what I had done. The fact that he was able to do that confirmed that he knew what he was talking about. I purchased 4 new tires for my car and one new tire for my wife based on his recommendation. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention that Mr. Williams provided such excellent service while short handed on staff. I personally saw him deal with other customers the same way he dealt with me, even though he had to answer the phone, serve customers in house, install tires and oversee a new employee. In spite of all this he was able to get my two vehicles back to me in satisfactory time. Mr Williams is an asset to NTB.

Would have received 5 except Alignment Tech was unavailable. Manager was excellent and discounted me cost of oil change

Kevin Williams was very knowledgeable about the battery products that would fit my car. Even though the particular battery he recommended was not in stock, he had it delivered and replaced my battery within an hour and a half. I commend his excellent customer service manner!

KEvin Williams was extremely helpful. His Mechanic Devon took the time to test drive my vehicle to make sure the problem was solved. amazing !! Alberto was very pleasant and helpful. it was a fun and non stressful experience as i have no knowledge of tires!!!! i will definitely be back

Took long time to get the car in the shop and for the mechanics to figure out what was wrong with the alignment but they got it done the correct way at the end
