I called at 3 pm Saturday and said that I needed a new battery.Kevin said come on in and I was there at 3:30 and left with a new battery in 45 minutes.Part lucky timing on my part but Kevin and the mechanics made it all happen.

Kevin, the customer service rep was a pleasure to work with. He was on top of all the work that needed to be done and even saved me money by producing a coupon a previous customer did Not use.

Kevin was professional and very courteous! I was a walk-in for state inspection, no appointment. Total time at NTB was about 30 mins, usually takes all day at Landmark Honda and other dealer service centers.
