They are honest they will point out other things that may need to be fixed or serviced but they will not pressure you about.

Helpful, courteous service staff and clearly explained the issue with my tires and the dangers associated with the issue.

The helpfulness of the staff here is the best part of it. They are extremely knowledgeable and willing to help and work with things that other shops may not. That's hard to find these days.

Fast, courteous checked out a few things and printed up some prices for the next visit.

I was able to get tires at the price point I wanted with a good warranty and an overall reasonable price with installation and fees included. The work was done right at my scheduled appointment time and in the expected amount of time. The manager was friendly and professional. Seems like a well run shop, where employees seem to enjoy working.

Ok didn't see no special attention but received my vehicle when it was near to close

Associate was knowledgeable, and very curtious

they didn't have gloves on nor did cover my seat before getting into my car there were spots on my driver seat and my steering wheel was dirty from their hands with grease, which I wiped my steering with wipes that keep in my car it nasty. I told the manager not to rotate my tires because I just had them put on 2 weeks ago, they rotated them anyway

Over all satisfied with the service

Customer service was not at all what it should have been. The manager was great, but the worker behind the desk was rude. Also, after my recent oil change my steering wheel is wobbly. I will never be back.

all the associates and management are very helpful and friendly. i always wait on my car and it's always done within the time frame i was given . Thank you guys so much for making my NTB experience so great!!!!!!!!!

Went from a $20 oil change and tire rotation to $80 plus for oil change using synthetic oil (they did give a $9 discount since I had coupon) at $11 a quart plus labor disposal fee etc etc no will not be using them again. Next time will go to my usual place in Clemmons and will not be recommending Merchant Tire to anyone.

EVERYONE WAS VERY PERSONABLE AND ENJOYED MY VISIT.
