I was traveling through Winston Salem when I had a sudden tire failure. Driving a Tesla S is no joke. There is no spare, and a tow is tough because the car has to be flat bedded in a special tow mode. I have never been to an NTB, and only chose them because they were the closest. The tires are an odd size, and not always found easily. Chris, Jason and Matthew teamed up to find me the right tire. Long story short, to accommodate me in my travels they got me four tires that are touted on the Tesla forums as the absolute best tire available, at the price of a much lower tire. To say the experience has exceeded my expectations would be an understatement. When it comes to tires, we consumers must trust our dealers to get it right, and this team did. I will have to travel about an hour for every tire need to return here, and will. This team has no idea who I am or how many tires I buy for various vehicles, yet they rolled out the red carpet as it I were a celebrity. Why cannot everybody run a business this well.

I have been a regular customer for a while now and every time I come for an oil change or any other service, the men are professional and nice; not condescending or treating me like I don't know anything because I am a woman. I get to watch tv if I want while waiting or I can walk around and then come back. They are the best guys. I work Monday thru Friday from 8am-5pm and can get an appointment for 6pm without any problems. They are the bomb.

I stopped in Friday morning, June 16 and asked about an oil change, the MOD told it would be about a forty minute wait or he have an appointment available at 11:00 which would not work with my plans for the day. I started walking back to my vehicle and decided I would wait. I returned to the lobby and informed the MOD I had decided to wait. It was less than thirty minutes later I see my vehicle being brought in for the oil change. The entire process went smoothly and I was soon on my way.
