I was please with my experience right from the moment I walked in the door. The Sales associate who greeted me was friendly, professional and did an excellent job of explaining all of the available options to me as I had told him I wasn't too sure what I was reading when I booked online. He kept me apprised of the work as it was ongoing and he made the checkout process simple and complete; ensuring that I was aware of an available manufacturer's rebate on my new tires and that I had all of the required paperwork. I will be doing all of my automotive services with NTB from now on for both of my vehicles. When you treat customers right, we repay you with loyalty.

TNB did awesome job in repairing a minor leak in tire. I had to come back next day to show them the persistent notification about air pressure for which they double checked the tires and found nothing. I think, it could be software bug in the notification.

The appointment was easy to schedule. Staff of is friendly. Service did not take long at all.

Merchants service is good. I would like to mention that I have had my car serviced by Hendrick Toyota of Apex on numerous occasions and none of those appear on my car fax history.
