This location and the poeple who work there just plain get it. I have purchased multiple sets of ties over the last few years from this location and they have great domain knowledge and a friendly attitude. Most importantly I trust them! They know what they are talking about and they are trying to help.....not just sell you tires. I recently had a terrible repair experience at another place (they were simply open later or I never would have gone there.). Turns out, my suspicion was correct..they were trying to rip me off. Brought the same scenario to these guys and instead of trying to pad thier sales stats, they actually provided a solutiion that made sense. I will continue to have all of my tire needs serviced at this location.

Battery problem. HHR for unknown reason has battery in back between spare tire and bumper. First place I stopped said it was too difficult location for it to handle. No such issue at NTB, and I was out of there in less than an hour.

The associates at the Kildare Farm location were hands down just great and treated me with respect. Joe that was working the counter was very professional along with being very inviting.

I made an appointment, my vehicle was moved into the service bay almost immediately, and the service I needed was completed in exactly 1 hour, a half-hour faster than I had anticipated.

Per usual, I got great service. My previous oil change had led to an oil leak, but its tech found the problem and fixed it, and they also solved an ongoing issue with my tire pressure monitor system.

Tim was very, very helpful in explaining what was likely wrong with my alternator and also explaining the history of the excess oil consumption issue with Camrys. I learned more from him than I did from Toyota!
