Excellent check in...order, options, price fully explained by cheerful professional. I was in and out in an hour with four new tires. Final cost was even lower than I expected because of a promotion I was not aware of.

This is my first time servicing my vehicle with NTB. I had a coupon for a 19.99 oil change and tire rotation. A tire rotation alone cost $14.00 which was a saving by itself. The service was completed in about an hour or a little over. It would be best to schedule an appointment for service if possible. I will probably use them again for minor service such as that.

There was only 1 person running the place and he was phenomenal, answering phones, assisting customers, helping mechanics, all while fixing my car his self.

Went in at 09;00am did not get car back until 145p for a tire change

The staff even though NTB is short staffed was always courteous, professional, and patient. They took the time to explain available options. The pricing is always good.

Had warranty. Had to argue to get it. Still paid $38. Corporate is going to refund. Too much drama

Slim is excellent at checking uou in and out and technicians were prompt with tire replacement

I had a 12:30 appt. and spent three hrs. With my car in service and the job still not done, they tried to charge and send me on my way.

Because I was late for my appointment , the gentleman behin the counter explained that he had to let the next customer have my turn but that I wouldn’t have a long wait . This gentleman was gracious , friendly , and professional . I wish I remembered his name bc he reflects the image that I would want reflected if NTB was my business !

Didnt balance tires right not even the second time. They are slow and do poor work.

I did not feel that the service associate was trying to sell me products or services I don't truly need. As a woman getting your car serviced it is easy to feel taken advantage of or talked down to.

The associate was very helpful and friendly. He explained everything very thoroughly and was very generous. The mechanic didn’t take longer than expected. 10/10 service

Arrived at 10am for appointment, they were ready for me right away. "Slim" explained and showed me my cost before service and I received messages on my cel phone. service was excellent. And as I was paying, I realized that I knew the service tech also. Good job all around!
