Fixed my balance problem. Had to return but they were very nice and redid their prior work. Satisfied now.

Highly satisfied with the services received. I was expecting the technician to keep me informed in the status of the services requested or if they felt as though the services were actually needed. I called to get a price quote from this company as compared to another that I had received services from lately. The NTB crew was more knowledgeable and experienced which made me feel more confident in their capability of completing services.

I selected the tires online when i booked the appointment. So i just needed them to be ready to take my car when I got there, which they were.

Reasonably quick, not quite in and out but quality work.

Joseph did an excellent job explaining why the tire wasn't repairable after having filled it with air a few weeks earlier letting us know it might have a slow leak and need a new one. It was not repairable and we bought a tire in stock so I could get up and running and get to work. It only took about an hour. I paid with a check and the computer system wasn't going so smoothly with the input info but Joseph got on the phone with the appropriate office and got it done!
