I scheduled appointment with John Cicco, Store Manager. He quickly took me in the same day. I relied on John in the past and present to take care of my tire services, alignments, and alignment requirements. He takes ownership to ensure I am satisfied, a great employee and should be regarded as the few who are the best. I don't trust many technicians because they are hard to find but I know I can trust John Cicco with my 2 vehicles. He also helped me purchase a Golf Cart Tire and installation. He is a "can do" employee person. Please make sure NTB takes care of this earnest and hard working employee because I want to continue doing business with him at NTB!

The technicians who helped me were very knowledgeable and assisted in replacing all 4 of my tires even though they were about to close. They helped me look at rhe tread on my tires and take me helpful information to help me make my decisions. They were also able to get my wheel locks off without difficulty.

When I brought it to John's attention, he didn't hesitate to offer a solution. He took my car back and personally ensured that it was fixed correctly. He even went as far as to check on me afterward to see if I had any issues with the car. His customer service was exceptional, and he made sure that I was completely satisfied with the service I received. John's actions were a testament to his character and his commitment to customer satisfaction. His professionalism and attention to detail were evident throughout my entire interaction with him. His willingness to make things right, even at no cost to me, truly shows how much he values his customers. John is an amazing asset to the company, and I will definitely be recommending this shop to all of my friends and family. I hope that more companies can learn from John's example of excellent customer service.
