Customer service.

Fast and reliable. Customerservice helped to determine the exact needs of my car. I did not feel pressured in buying anything i do not need.Prices are in the medium range compare to other chains. Service was fast and done ahead of my schedule appointment time range. They honored the veterans status and even offer a deal for mail in rebate which would have helped a lot if more issues with the breaks had been discovered. This is my second visit in this location and not the last.

Friendly and fast service. They were very honest about what I needed for my car. I was told by the dealership that I needed a service performed that didn't needed to be done.

Took care of issue I brought vehicle in for. Did not try to up sale on services. Noticed my inspection sticker was expired and offered to do inspection but already had that scheduled while addressing a vehicle recall at the dealer.

Polite and considerate. No hassle.

Prompt response to an unexpected issue with my car (puncture) which was dealt with in a very professional and expeditions manner.

I inadvertently scheduled an appointment at an NTB that wasn't near my home. I showed up for my appointment at the NTB (#7382) near my home. Even without an appointment, my service advisor (John) was able to get my vehicle serviced in the allotted hour I had with the originally scheduled appointment. Outstanding!!
