The manager, John, saw to my oil change himself. He rotated my tires at the same time so that I wouldn't have to come back in a couple of weeks to have it done. The work was fast, efficient and well done. Thank you so much!

The service associate, I wish I could recall his name. I'm terrible with names. Anyway, he was awesome. He was upfront, approachable, had answers for the few questions I had. I've never been to an NTB before but I'll be back.
