Everyone was helpful and made me feel comfortable with my choices. I came here bc of past good experiences and bc I felt uneasy at another tire place out of town. They explained they were very busy but allowed me to drop off my vehicle and leave it over the weekend to resolve my issue and get me back on the road when I needed.

The lady that took care of us was excellent and knew her job. Service was excellent and product, tires, seem to be as advertised. Tires however take a while to prove themselves. Will go back for future needs as the experience was satisfying and professional.

Went in to have the TPMS sensors changed, tires rotated, and one patched. They changed the sensors, but did not rotate or fix the leak. Nice.

Mike - the store mgr was able to squeeze me into their location. I called him the day before and he said he had the tire that I was looking for. Mike and his crew are friendly, courteous and polite. They were great to deal with especially with my tire problem.

I paid for my tires to be rotated and for the second time when I check after marking them my tires have not be rotated. The first time I thought it was an oversight .so I decided to try one more time. I spoke with the lady and she said the tech can look at the tires and decided if it needed and make a decision. So now I question if he does the same with the oil filter and is it be changed or refilled.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Waiting with my car is always pleasant with the free Wi-Fi and coffee. I recommend NTB to everyone.
