The staff is always friendly, at least to me they were. The waiting area was relatively clean and comfortable on a HOT 90+ degree day! They went out of their way to see I was taken care of.

I was greeted and checked in quickly, and the work was done and explained thoroughly. I think his name was Brian, Brian was extremely courteous and respectful to me and my time. I could tell from listening to him deal with other customers that he was a good guy, and was honest and concise in describing work and prices. This is a great place to go for tires and related issues, and I'm sure other auto services.

They did a great job. My tire was flat and when I picked my car up it wasnt flat anymore. They put air in there. Not mayo. So that was good.

Tire rotation took about 30 minutes and was free bc I had purchased tires from them. Friendly staff..clean waiting area.

Good customer service, will use NTB again.
