Was very grateful for the immediate attention I received and the accuracy in how to solve the problem. The store Manager Art was friendly and kind to me and with each and every situation I witnessed with other customers while waiting.

I have ~125k miles on the car. The tech entered mileage as ~192k. Noticed when I got home and had to go back to get him to correct. He had to re-enter the entire inspection...don't know if the 192k will be on the car history when we go to sell. Would definitely have caused an odometer discrepancy issue if I had not noticed.

After traveling all day to come home and find a nonfixable flat tire was something I did not want to deal with but HAD to deal with. This location was the only 1 that could get tires on my car at 3:00 on a Sunday! When I needed a store to be there this place was - Art the manager stayed late and I was back in my car driving safe in 58 minutes with 4 new tires and an alignment.!!! Thank YOU AGAIN !
