I was able to buy the exact tires I wanted, at a price the same or better than any competition. Art was friendly, helpful and thankful for my business. The tech was fast and accurate in installing my new tires (outside out), balancing and doing an alignment. Overall it could not have been better.

great place with wonderful employees, manage to squeeze in a last minute oil change

Everything was fine from what they did but I have learned that I need 3 service companies. NTB does not own the diagnostic and calibration tool for Toyota and Lexus. So if I have a warning light, I go to the dealer. Other major repair work (brakes, timing belt, drive belt, water pump, etc) I go to Salem Street Car Care. NTB will continue to get tires, batteries, alignment, wipers, etc.
