Went in for oil change and change out the spark plugs. The car needed additional maintenance but they did a great job taking care of everything

The service was excellent, I was checked in in a timely manner, the manager explained what was going on and took a picture of the object in my tire, and was able to show it to me.

Traveling and had car problem, needed to be repaired. 2 other places to me I would need to come back the next day, they were to busy to even look at problem. NTB immediately looked at issue when they knew I was traveling and out of town. Then they fixed my problem and I was able to continue my trip. Great caring people.

The young man who was the service manager was very friendly and knowledgeable about the issue I was having. He explained in detail what might be the problem and worked with me to resolve the problem I had. He was very clear about what the expense might be if there was a problem in resolving my issue. Luckily there was no problem and he even apologized for having to charge me a small amount.

The technician who did the work was very cordial and explained the need for front brake pads on a future visit. The manager was also very helpful. The shop and public areas are well maintained. We will return again
