Tire rotation was included with previous tire purchase. Associates explained what was needed or not and did not try to up-sale me. I did not need brakes and they did not try to sell me any. They were nice on the phone and patient with others.

They explained to me why they could not repair the tire and recommended new tires that they had in stock.

They were very communicative about the repairs and process. Didn't try to upsell me a new tire that I maybe didn't need and great price for what they did. The appointment process for NTB National needs work. They were slammed, so I waited a long time. But not their fault when people can keep scheduling appointments. The store should be able to speak to the appointment system.
