I had selected the Goodrich gForce comp 2 tires for a Chrysler 300S. Merchant tire was the only location nearby that had the tire available in stock and with a very good price. Service technician were professional and courteous although they were overbooked or could have used additional labor force to improve turn time and reduce wait times. I would definitely use them again in the future.

I stopped by the facility for an oil change and issues with the TPMS light. All the work performed were clearly explained and the TPMS light-on was due to the imbalance of the pressure on the different tires, and all the sensors were working perfectly.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. They make me feel as though they are looking out for me as friend and not a potential sale. I never feel like I am being sold additional items that I originally did not come in for. I drive 25 minutes out of my way to go to the Bel Air location because of their consistency and customer service.

Good deals fast service

First off I wanted to give one star but it won't let me. Service was horrible to say the least. A so called "mechanic" shop let me drive off their lot with a vehicle that could barely be driven. Luckily I live within miles of NTB or I would've needed another tow. If you care about your family and vehicle do NOT take it to NTB. They are good for nothing but tires and batteries that's if they can be trusted for those bare basics!
