Truly a full-service team with a first class treatment of its customers.I had a flat repair for a nail and was in and out in less than an hour to include the repair and tire rotation. The team at Merchant's was professional, fast, and courteous. I have transitioned each of my vehicles. Comptetive prices but the reason I keep coming back is the staff and quality work. Always an enjoyable experience and satisfaction when complete.

All the staff at this location are extremely friendly and professional. Every visit they’ve been realistic about pricing, and they always try to fix the issue before upselling more expensive and unnecessary work. I first came to this location for an emergency tire plug and everyone was great, so when my tire got a more severe puncture 8+ months later, I came back. They repaired this issue just as professionally, so I plan to come back once I need new tires in the next 6-12 months. It’s not easy to find a professional mechanic, but the guys here are fantastic.

I brought my car in for a routine oil change and the associate/manager took me back to show me that the oil pan had been patched at some time and wanted to make me aware. I said I would be interested in having a new oil pan installed and was given a detailed estimate. They completed the work, took pictures of the new install. Showed me the old pan when I came in and were totally friendly, accommodating and professional. I've used NTB for a few years and I love the service you get there.
