My van was diagnosed promptly and I was advised of the preliminary diagnosis and steps to be taken. The work was completed in a timely manner and has eliminated the condition.

Problem was fixed quickly and I was able to wait for vehicle. Associate answered all my questions, very helpful.

Service was good although I had to wait an extra hour for service. My appointment was at 2pm which I reserved online but when I arrived i had to wait until 3pm

Scheduled appt.online had availability and when I got there they took me on time.I love that I was able to get in and out in a timely fashion.

I tried to choose one star but it wouldn't let me, I'd give 0 if I could. So they did the alignment wrong at first, then they ripped my bumper off the second time and didn't even tell me, I'm not mad the bumper got messed up (it was already messed up) but like atleast tell me what happened don't just let me walk outside to my bumper hanging off the car.

I came in with a tire problem. It was explained that I need a new tire. Service time was very good.
