Whenever I need to go to this location, its very welcoming! Every appointment, staff is always friendly and on time. Your car is diagnosed and I am taken step by step with what I need or what I dont need. My questions are always answered to my satisfaction. Been coming here for several years, never disappointed! I have also recommended friends as well. I will not go anywhere else in my experience! Harford and Taylor Avenue, keep up the good work!!! (customer for life)

The man up front (not sure if his first or last name is Kelly) was very helpful. And he was very nice. As a black woman, I sometimes don’t get treated nicely. He made sue I was happy. I had an appointment later and he got me in and out fast! Thank you Mr Kelly

This is my second visit to NTB and both times I was completely satisfied. This time it took less time than last time. I used SNAP Finance to help for the maintenance and they were patient with me to wait for it.

An extremely angry and vocal customer that was loud and disrespectful not only to the service attendees but me and my grandchild waiting for service made my experience very uncomfortable expecting a double discount and unfortunately believes the customers are always correct in life...this motto is a major downfall in society with people in general and I appreciate the team on how they apologized and worked to get my Car taken care of in a timely manner so I could get my 4 month baby out of the negative environment the customer was creating. Please remember this when you receive any correspondence regarding a discount regarding military discount and extra discount rates because it's not fair for those who are involved in all aspects. We are all struggling financially but using your service in the military does not excuse your behavior towards individuals my father and grandfather never acted this way.

I was immediately greeted upon entering the store. The staff was in contact with me within 20-30 minutes after dropping off my vehicle and explained their findings and recommendations. Not once during the process did I feel like I was being rushed or had unwanted products being sold to me. Going to NTB is WAY better, in my opinion, than going to the dealership and much quicker.
