I stopped in at the 5301 Baltimore National Pike location and the sales associate: Holden Ward assisted me with purchasing a Hazard Warranty for my tires. Holden was very friendly and professional. I liked the fact that he had me in and out without having to wait too long because my dog was in the car alone. He made it very easy for me to purchase what I came in for--very satisfied customer.

Very impressed with the service I received. I was told it would take 1 1/2 hours for my car and the work was finished a half hour early.

McKinley Connor (Mac) was my customer service associate and he was very patient and knowledgeable about the tires and gave recommendations on the best tires within my budget. He gave great customer service, he showed empathy, he was polite, showed leadership skills, and exhibited great communication skills with the customers.
