Good Customer service but they are very slow very slow

I called the store to inquire about tires, the manager was very informative. I was going to come in the next morning per our conversation. When our called ended he called me back and told me to come in now. My service took 1hr and 30 min exact. No hassle at all. This will continue to be my store in the future. Chris

Excellent customer service with management

I'm very happy with the service. The service person, Andre told me exactly what needed to be done to my vehicle. It didn't take the mechanic long to replace the brakes on both back and front along with an oil change. My rear passenger tire was also repaired. There were two nails in it. I highly recommend Merchant's Tire and Auto to anyone who needs service done to their vehicle.
