Excellent and quick services.

Hello. I visited Tire Kingdom due to an emergency that I had. I had a nail in my tire and we weee planning to leave on a trip. I brought it in and explained the situation to the customer service representative Kendall Austin. She explained that it would be about two hours because of the scheduled appointments before me. She Said that she would see what she could do. About 30 minutes later, she was able to get one of the service technicians to come out and work on the tire. I was extremely satisfied because they were able to expedite the situation and fully explained the situation involving the nail in my tire. Although the tire was maintaining its pressure, there was no guarantee that if they were patching it that we would be able to drive the vehicle safely. The recommendation was to get a new tire, which I wholly agreed with, since I had the King plan, the tire was prorated, and I only had to pay the prorated share along with the installation cost. The service technician that helped me, was named Leak. Both Kendall and Leak was very professional, very personable and very knowledgeable.

I brought my Thunderbird in for new tires. I was very satisfied with the employees, and my car was done sooner than anticipated.

If your vehicle is out of warranty , Midas of Watertown is the place to go. Friendly , common sense shop who is out for the customer 100%. Fast turnaround with quality work, doesnt tell you to drop car off at 11 and cant pick up until two days later . If you make an appointment , youll get seen at that time period . For as long as Im stationed here they will have me as a customer.
