The customer service is awesome. They take their time to make sure you are taken care of.

They always keep me up to date on everything they are doing on my car. If there is ever a suggested repair, they take me out to my car and show me and explain it completely so I understand why they are suggesting the repair. Great, honest people!

I was traveling across country when my vehicle was involved in a hit & run accident early New Years morning. NTB was the only tire shop that was open today. I called prior to coming in and they were waiting for us to get here to do an inspection, they found the problem,located the part and finished the repair quickly. I can not speak highly enough about James, Mike and Dustin. Theyve made it where we can get back on the road within the same day! Thanks NTB!

Showed up on a Friday morning 10 a.m., no appointment, needing 4 new tires. They told me I might have to wait, but they'd get it done, just didn't know how long it would be. I head a book and told them I had expected to wait. I called my husband and told him if I was still there when he got out of work (at 1 p.m.), to swing by and pick me up. He had heartcalled to tell me he was on his way at 1:20, when they came and told me they were finished.
