I called Anthony Speranza for 4 new Michelin 235/55R20 tires. He had them in within two days for my car. When he returned my car, he told me that I only needed two tires and not four. The Lexus dealer said we needed four new tires. I saved over $600. Tony is a real gentleman and is very honest. I wish all service centers and dealerships were as honest as Tony. He also took my car in and worked overtime to get it completed quickly.

They were very helpful, they had all 4 tires that i needed, i did not wait long to get them taken care of, and they showed me the 2 bad tires that were really bad, so i was very happy to drive away safe.

Manager, Anthony Speranza, answered my questions by phone, gave me a quotation and scheduled an early appointment and even called for an earlier date due to a cancellationn. Very congenial and down to earth who knows his business.

I was in need of a new tire mounted on the rim of an existing old tire that couldn't be repaired. The sales associate (Shane Hardesty) saw my dilemma of being unable to drive myself and having someone waiting. He got my new tire mounted and balanced in 20 minutes and out the door as well as loading the tire in our vehicle. Excellent experience!

Tony did a very good job of getting me in anyway when apparently we had miscommunicated on the times I was supposed to be there. They sent the wrong tires the first time and he had to re order them, but re scheduled for early the next morning. He called me and told me when the tires came in so I would know. Thanks! Kim H.
