"Ken is a great manager. Does what he says and in the time frame he says and no surprises for the price. This shop is run like a well oiled machine. Came to get brakes checked and they were fine. Love honesty. While they did a full inspection, found I needed a few things done. Kens fair, straight shooter, says what he means and means what he says! I was able to get it done same day. I called Tire Kingdom shortly after getting my dead battery jumped requesting a battery and installation, if possible.They were great! I drove directly there, they were looking out for me, as I arrived they took the car and pulled it into a service bay.Tested the battery to confirm my problem, installed a new one and performed the remaining diagnostics.All was good, I paid my bill and was on my way. The entire visit was very timelyI would recommend this team!

I spoke to employee Shane Hardesty and he made me an appointment as soon as he had an opening a few days later. When I came in for the appointment after the techs researched what my vehicles problem was he let me know that I would need 2 new tires. I feel he did a great job communicating with me what the issues were and they had 2 tires in stock so they replaced them that evening. Great people working at this location that care about the customer and listen to the customers concerns.
