They had the tires to fit my Jeep. Walmart did not, they wanted to order them. I also got a front end alignment. Walmart does not provide that service. Tire Kingdom (Now National Tire and Battery) prices were competitive. I am a satisfied customer!

The tire I needed was in stock and the service was complete in under 30 minutes. Great service and I will return if I need tires in the future.

I scheduled to drop it off for the day and came back to pick it up later that day. The person I spoke on the phone with was knowledgeable, understood what I needed, quick and efficient. Same for the physical check in, follow up phone call, check out process. This employee is always amazing and deserves recognition for his great customer service and quality work. He is largely the reason I remain a loyal customer to our local NTB.

Last week while driving to work I began to feel a shake in my steering wheel. I felt certain that it was a tire. Sunday night my son, whom lives in Morganton, fell and broke his femur. I knew that I couldn’t make this trip into the mountains with my tire in that condition. I was at my local NTB Monday morning when they opened, and hoped that they had my tire size. Mark was amazing and just happened to have two tires in my size! He explained that it would be a little bit of a wait. I told him about my son that had broken his leg and needed emergency surgery. He promised that he would take care of my car as quickly as possible so that I could get on the highway. Thankfully one of the employees came into work 30 minutes before his shift started. Mark told him about my situation and he started work early just to help me. I am so thankful for Mark’s kindness and for the technician that fixed my car. I told him “thank you,” and that “I appreciated him so much” when he pulled my car around. Please know that both of these individuals went the extra mile to help me. The part that I needed to replace was extremely expensive if I had bought it through NTB. I was allowed to buy the part at an auto store for half the price, which cut my bill in half overall.
