My appt. was at 9:00, but we got there at 8:30, so no wait, they immediately took my car back. Didn't take long, did errands. Excellent customer service and great job. Thank you!

Dropped my car off on Monday afternoon and it was completed by Tue Morning at 9:30 am. Replaced the Front end Strut Assembly on both sides.

This NTB location is the only place I bring my truck. As a single mother, with multiple children, it is paramount that my vehicle is in a safe condition. The employees at this NTB are courteous, honest and genuinely take the time to ensure my vehicle is in its best condition, which is tremendously important. Historically, I've been taken advantage of when it comes to my vehicle and I never question the sincerity of the crew at this location. It's always a relief knowing my truck is in good hands and being able to trust the team diagnosing, inspecting and working on it is a huge relief in my very busy life.
