NTB-National Tire & Battery

I was very pleased with the service I received at NTB. Marty was the Service Advisor who waited on me. I received a quote for new tires and alignment, made my appointment, and the sale was complete at the time that was quoted to me. This is the second service I have had done at this location, and for now they are my go to place. As long as they honor my warranties on my alignment, I am SATISFIED, Barbara Martin New Customer.

I was highly satisfied with my visit because they were quick to diagnose the problem, fix it and get me checked out. They have great customer service!

The problem was fixed without running up my bill with misc charges. Mark Divanna is an excellent service manager. He took the time to explain the issue and repair.

I had my car towed to them due to my exhaust breaking in half. They did and awesome job replacing the portion of my exhaust that needed to go, and also replaced my front struts.

I was late to my appointment, I called and they said it was fine to still come. I got there and felt like they got me in and out very quickly then other shops I’ve been to.

We got a flat tire nearby on the way toWash Dc and AAA put on a small spare, and refered us to NTB, and the manager Mr Mark Divanna stepped up and helped us get a new tire, and put it on quickly so we could resume our journey without a long delay. Good service by Mr. Divanna.

I was away from my usual location due to work...my usual location made me aware of an NTB just minutes away from my work. They were able to get me in as soon as I got off work relieving my fear of continuing to drive on a donut back to my usual location for repair.
