Far as service goes it was slow this time around for an oil change

Communication was great

Had to go back the very next day because they didn't notice a problem that was connected to the job they were doing. Plus NTB is over priced. A service Rep told me they charge double for a part that they get. Example being if they pay 500 dollars for a part they charge 1000 dollars to the customer.

Good customer service and the manager was very nice and efficient

I was not happy with having to pay over $100.00 for an oil change.

the online appointment was super easy. I knew the price of the service before going in so there was no unexpected pricing. the check-in process was very easy. The employee was very friendly and provided the service in a timely manner. I was out of there in no time and my tire was all fixed and ready to go.

When I called to get a price for a complete synthetic oil change, I was quoted $39.95. When my car was ready and I was paying my bill, the charge for the oil change was $49.95 !!!! I asked why it was $49.95 when I was quoted $39.95....the agent said "the $39.95 oil was DIFFERENT !!!!! How was it different....no explanation. I did not okay the $49.95 oil change !!! National Tire owes me $10. I will contact a manager. This why businesses get a bad reputation. I will never bring my car to

The staff was friendly and the waiting area was clean, warm and comfortable.

Company put on a new rim I purchased from another source per their recommendation. They broke the sensor valve on the old rim and wanted to charge me $65 to replace.

Bought tires had them put on very nice girl was done in good timing good price for tires

I specifically asked TWICE that they check the tire pressure on my car and fill each tire to 35 psi. When I got home AND checked the pressure, all 4 tires had different pressure in them and my fronts only had 22 and 20 psi respectively.

Was expecting a price variation once it was complete, but the quoted online price was having the price I paid !

Had appointment at 11 walk out at 6pm for just two tires.

Great service

The service manager was quite polite and and patiently explained all that was necessary to be done. The new tires and the well done alignment made my beater Dodge truck feel as if it had just come out of the showroom. Truly satisfied with the entire experience.
