After miscommunication about the tire type , it took an extra day but they replaced the tires

I scheduled appointment and was checked in at time of appointment, Carlin Jackson my sales associate was polite and set thorough expectations, Carlin called me within 15 min with my cost estimate and how long the job would take, the job took a little bit longer than the estimate which I was fine with, I had an unknown issue that needed to be diagnosed. Carlin also checked me out, again he was thorough in explaining what the technician discovered about my tire rim, what to expect when driving my car and gave me the name of a service that could fix my rim versus paying the dealer to replace at a much higher cost. An overall excellent customer experience!!

NTB did an outstanding job fixing my car. I am looking forward to the tires and battery that they will installer sooner. Thank you so much to Mr. Robert Moore who was so polite and friendly in taking care of my needs

I had discovered a nail in my tire, OH NO! I called NTB, thankfully there was a cancelation and I was able to schedule for the next day. I dropped off my car and got emails during each step of the process. When I called to schedule, the price of $33 was clearly stated and it was indeed $33 and change. I received a call when repair was done and everything looked great. CJ was very nice, thank you!

My issue stemmed from a previous visit. The associate was accommodating and friendly. The issue was resolved quickly. CJ was helped me through the whole process and couldn’t have been more helpful.

Not sure how to spell the manager his name but I think his name was Jonsie, was just very helpful, polite and just the overall good experience. I had to quit going to the Mentor Ohio location because the managers there were rude. I will continue to go to the South Euclid location

The guy was nice even though he was working alone and I recieved my tires the next day like he said.
