The man that checked me in was very nice. I scheduled my service online and paid online which was better. He said my car would be done within the hour and it was. Usually I’m waiting 2+ hours at a dealership, the crew here got it done in 50 minutes. Will definitely be back!

Service was fast even though I heard bad things about NTB Mayfield.

Had to wait longer than expected, only because the place where they ordered from was slow. Other than that I was pleased

Upon arrival the associate stated my service would take extremely long although there was only one other service before me. The tech who serviced my car was able to get me in & out within a reasonable time for my expected service.

Car was there for a week. There seem to be some level of miscommunication issues between customer and ntb staff.

Clean friendly the Manager and my tech was very friendly and Thorough did a full check of my car needed a air filter and wipers. My new tires rides very good. Thank you I have used NTB many times before very satisfied with my experience.

No new transmission filter.. changed the fluid but not the filter...

Very friendly service. Explained different options. Probably will compare recent suggestions for another vehicle soon.
