Very good, The manager over there, Sherry is on top of her game she makes that place worth going to. The only thing negative I have to say is I called a week out for a 8:00 appointment and when I got there it got switched to a 10:00 without my knowing. I was still out of there before 10:00 though.

I have been a customer at this location for over 4 years. Even though some of the staff has changed, the service is still of the best quality. Prices are reasonable and comparable with other service providers. I trust the quality of ntb products and the knowledge of the staff.

Repairs and service are always great. What impressed me most on this visit was the courtesy and respectfulness of Noah, Norman and William. I was in the shop for an hour and every phone call they made to check on orders, or calls received from customers, was efficient and polite. No talking amongst themselves. Just working. Amazing that this is not the norm these days, but these guys rocked it!

The Associates was friendly and courteous. The wait time was a little longer than expected but it was a very busy day. The store manager Zoe did offer an apology for the long wait and also offered me a snack.

Had them check for an oil leak. When I checked out, I asked if they checked oil level, they said yes. I checked it & it was a quart low.

NTB accepted a short notice tyre repair which was completed in about 15 minutes .
