My service attendant, William was very knowledgeable about what I needed for my vehicle. He offered me many options on products to solve my issues and communicated the process very well. He also kept me up-to-date as to the ongoing status of the service being performed in the timeframe in which it may be completed.

Zoe and her staff at NTB in Slidell were absolutely amazing! They were super friendly from the time I walked in until the time I left. They explained each part of the process flawlessly and advised me what was going on with my vehicle each step of the way. The establishment was very clean and well maintained. Zoe deserves all the praise for her customer service and hospitality. I would definitely recommend NTB in Slidell to anyone.

Sherry the service manager was Amazing! , she was determined to get my car fixed and have me on my way but unfortunately it wasnt just the battery it was also a blown fuse that had to be ordered from Honda that took 24 hours but they kept my car secured, the only complaint is they dont have a Real Mechanic on duty at 7 am it was a technician so she had to wait for one to arrive to get the proper diagnosis, but I still needed to wait for the fuse either way from Honda.Tx Sherryfor greatservice
