The manager did everything possible to perform the repairs as quickly as possible while I waited.

They claimed that I needed new brakes and that they were hesitant to even allow they car to leave their shop without service. The brake pads and rotors that they insisted needed changed both had been changed less than 1000 miles prior to the oil change. My prior experience with this particular location involved them snapping on two lugs and then claiming they must have fallen out while we were driving. I cannot recommend that anyone go here, and if you do watch them closely.

The associate who greeted me in the morning, at 8 AM was very courteous and customer focused. My tire had to be bring in from a share house. I mentioned that I was heading out in a family road trip. She went herself to get the tire from the warehouse and got us back in the road quickly! Amazing person and work ethics
