Very friendly environment

The service was good and it was done in couple hours

I scheduled online but then was running late due to an appointment. Called the store and they said no biggie, just come in when I could. I told them I knew I probably needed new breaks, possibly a new tire, definitely an oil change. They said they would check everything and let me know. Each step of the way they called to make sure it was okay to proceed and let me know the price it would be. Billy (I think that was his name, or at least the voicemail transcript says so😅) was very thorough, upfront with what the timing would be and gave me a price range for everything and confirmed as we went. I’ve gone to other places who have told me I had all kinds of things wrong and jacked up prices, NTB has never done me dirty and makes it simple. This location has always been quick, friendly and super easy. Especially for someone who doesn’t want to deal with car stuff ever.
