Tara provided me with excellent customer from start to finish , she made sure to update me throughout the entire process and made sure all my questions were answered .

Kevin was outstanding in customer service. He knew it was me on the phone when I called in and remembered why I had contacted them originally. He was honest with telling me when my car could be ready and just an all around straight up person. Bacause of Kevin - I will continue to come to NTB to purchase tires!

Very nice group of guys and gals

This place gives excellent customer service. They had a tire that day was more expensive, but recommended waiting for the one that best served my car which was only one day. They were fast and provided a place to work while waiting. They are pleasant and know their products. Can't say more about how please I was.
