As a retired mechanic I know good service when I see it. I had a blow out and no appointment. They took me in and had me on the road in about two hours. As a retired mechanic I know you take care of the appointment first. The service advisor went in the back and assisted the people doing the work. The manager is GREAT. Makes sure you get the best service you can get. N T B is the only place I go when I need service or an oil change. The people in the waiting room told me I could change oil myself. Yes I could . Having a cup of coffee and relaxing is much better than doing another oil change.

My brakes were really bad and needed an immediate repair made an appt for late in afternoon which was only one available, dropped car off early morning they called within the hour with estimate and had my car finished before my scheduled appt!!! I really appreciate the service I received.
