i had came on a whim of needing tires and needed something dependable so i searched up ntb and decided to come here, i came here previously before and enjoyed the service and i was not disappointed, very good service as always

Staff was attentive and knowledgeable. Services completed, and car returned to me ahead of schedule. I was on my way in less than 90 minutes. Perfect!

Came in for a simple oil change and alignment. They always get me in same day vs other places that tell you 3 to 4 days.

The customer service I received from the manager, Sean Heisler, was outstanding. He treated me as if I were a family member and took his time and explained everything along with my service options. Then I watched him help every person that walked in behind me in the same manner. We were all total strangers to this man, but that is not how he left us feeling. Fast, easy scheduling. Tires readily available. Clear communication over the phone and in person. All questions answered and felt confident in the manager, Chris when I spoke to him on the phone and in person. He was also transparent about Mavis Tire acquiring NTB when I asked about road hazard on my new tires. I was slightly concerned about the transition but I felt like Chris put my concerns to rest. My car was driving incredibly better when I left NTB and I loved it!

Installed tire that was still good from the last set due to being a blowout replacement. Did not use road hazzard warrently, with pro-rate would have been $125 where this was $22.
