The service was great! The Service Advisor was very professional and the Mechanic explained everything that needed to be done.

I ordered this from another company and set up an appointment for installation this morning. I showed up this morning and the tires were not there and no one ever called to let me know anything. I canceled my order and called NTB. You had my tires in stock at a better price and fit me in the same day for the install. I'm extremely satisfied with my experience and will share it with everyone.
