Great. Fast and efficient!

They explained what I needed. When they put the car up they noticed it needed front tires. They came and got me and showed me. I was so relieved they found this. It brought tears to my eyes that they saved me from a lot of heart ache.

The service there is very good, an they let you know what you need an ask you what you want, very good...

I ORIGINALLY PURCHASED 4 TIRES FROM STORE 6064, WINTER HAVEN STORE. I HAVE HAD THE CHECK TIRE LIGHT ON FOR SEVERAL MONTHS, KEPT GOING BACK TO WINTER HAVEN STORE, EVEN MADE AN APPOINTMENT AND AFTER WAITING OVER 2 HOURS, HAD TO LEAVE FOR DR.S APPOINTMENT-THEY WOULD NEVER TAKE CARE OF ME-I PURCHASED THSES TIRES 05/08/2019, MILAGE WAS 22,440. TODAY MY MILAGE WAS 37.988. I EXPLAINED HOW I WAS TREATED AT WINTER HAVEN, WHEN I CALLED TO SEE IF LAKELAND COULD TAKE ME, EARLIER TODAY, LEIDY JIMENEZ SAID TO COME ON IN, THEY COULD TAKE CARE OF ME. WHEN WE GOT THERE, TOLD HER I HADSPOKEN TO HER OVER PHONE AND SHE SAID, YES, SHE REMEMBERED, SHE GOT THEM RIGHT ON MY PROBLEM. THEY DID AN INTERNAL PATCH---ETC-WAS OUT OF THERE IN 1 HR & 20 MIN, WILL DEFINITELY BE COMING BACK TO THIS STORE-FORGET WINTER HAVEN!!!!

I don't know what you want me to write. I waited to get my tire patched. It didn't take that long, and didn't cost that much. The guy at the counter was informative.

The portion of the store that interacts with the customers is under staffed. I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment. With the time it took to process the two people in front of me and the three phone calls he took after I arrived, I was helped one minute before my scheduled appointment. He was great once he got to me. He apologized for the wait and I heard the same explanation I heard over and over for the last 30 minutes. He said he would work to save me money which was good talk. Since I purchased a buy three get one free set of tires, he said there wasn't much he could do for me. I did purchase the road hazard which was an upsell for me. The estimate for the work was approximately one hour. It took one hour and 45 minutes. The explanation was that a tire machine was down which was down when I arrived. Should have factored that in. Quality of the work and product will be experienced overtime. The front desk guy did they best he could given the workload and he was buy himself.
