Location was clean. Sevice personnel was friendly. I ordered the wrong tire, but was accommodated with another brand and was lucky it was in stock.

Car maintenance typically makes me anxious, but as soon as I walked in I met Yesenia's smiling face. She was kind, sweet and wa sure to keep me up to date on the status of my car. She explained everything well, in a way I could understand it. (I know next to nothing about cars) so I appreciate the education and to know what's going on with my car. I was surprised to see Yesenia was even personally working on my car, checking concerns I was having with it. My appointment lasted just over an hour, which i was pleasantly surprised at how quick it was. I will absolutely be bringing my car back and wont feel so anxious about having to have my car maintenanced now. I usually bring it to the dealership for the free appointments but end up waiting 30 mins or more just to drop off my car, and then takes hours for them to finish, which is why I refuse to stay and wait there for my car to be done. It was also nice to skip the Hassel of being solicited into trading in my vehicle well I wait to drop my car off for maintenance as the dealership does. So a million times thank you!!!

Work was completed in a reasonable amount of time and to our satisfaction.

I walked in and Sofie took immediate care of me. The tire was in stock and they shared that the wrong tire was originally placed on the car which was good to know. They impressed me and Sofie was very professional, kind and helpful. Thank you!

Staff was courteous, professional and knowledgeable.

When theyre around 10 oclock in the morning to see if they have the tire they told me that Tire was out of stock they had ordered came in after for how to wait over an hour and a half to get my tire replaced
