NTB-National Tire & Battery

All good. Got the tires from TireRack, had them delivered to NTB, and got them installed. My only gripe is it took way too long to get checked out and pick up the car, and they didn't put valve stem caps on the new tires.

Richard, T, Fermon and the gentleman with the Jamaican accent all helped me deal with an unexpected nightmare situation with an older vehicle I need to hold onto for a bit longer. They were professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed about any updates and increased costs throughout out the process.

Good service, but took forever.

The staff was very polite and courteous and explained everything to me. I wasn't in a rush so I didn't mind waiting 2.5 hours to get my new tires and alignment done.

I will probably not be going back there to get work done on my car. I made a 11:00am appointment and my car was taken back for service over an hour later. I was there for over two hours and all I needed was an oil change.

The staff did an awesome job of taking care of my needs.

Furman Jones was the gentleman that assisted me very well from beginning to end. I originally made my appointment online and he was not able to find it within his system. I showed him the confirmation email and he put me right on the schedule with no hesitation. He kept me updated about my car throughout the day. He was very professional and welcoming.
