There was a paint chipl on my wheel after the flat repair was completed. I expected that this was going to go the wrong way. Since I am a executive in a hotel company service and guest satisfaction is what I preach to my General Managers. Well I had the pleasure of talking with Mannie, he told me they would take care of it and would schedule a outside company to do the cosmetic repair. The unfortunate part is that was the day your Edsel location closed but then Mannie called to tell me he was at the 2800 Jefferson Highway location, he asked me the bring the car in the next day at 7 AM to drop it off. The repair was flawless plus I was also greeted by Mannie and got introduced the the GM. As I always say SERVICE IS NOT SERVICE UNLESS IT PERSONALLY TOUCHES YOU ! Well Mannie not just met my expectation but EXCEEDED THEM. You have a true Customer Relations Superstar... that has been enpowered to make lemons into lemonade. Stellar job!!

Furman Jones was the gentleman that assisted me very well from beginning to end. I originally made my appointment online and he was not able to find it within his system. I showed him the confirmation email and he put me right on the schedule with no hesitation. He kept me updated about my car throughout the day. He was very professional and welcoming.
